Like any beautiful story, it begins with a love story. That of Martine and Michel Chouvet, in the 1970s. They each shared vines and above all their passion for their profession. They created the Domaine de Fontavin.
In 1996, their daughter Hélène, an oenologist, joined them and opted for organic farming. Since 2008, all the wines of the property (45 ha on 8 different communes) are organic: Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf du Pape!
