In 1990, Eric Ughetto took over the family vineyard in Gigondas. Joined by Sophie, in 1995, they decided to vinify their grapes themselves. The Domaine La Roubine was born in 2000.
Always working with respect for the land, the conversion to organic farming was an obvious next step for Eric and Sophie. Since then, the estate has been certified organic.
