The history of Mas des Restanques began in 1995 with the union of our two family terroirs, on two prestigious appellations, Vacqueyras and Gigondas. In 2007, we created our own vinification cellar and released our first vintage. In 2009, we oriented the estate towards organic farming, and, since 2012, our wine is certified by ECOCERT.
During the harvest, the grapes are picked and sorted by hand on the plots.
Low yields on clay-limestone soils as well as a great attention to the elaboration of our wines bring strength and balance to our cuvée.
