The estate is the property of 3 generations of winegrowers and we work 19 hectares of vines on several appellations using sustainable viticulture.
The soil is worked mechanically with organic fertilisers. The use of phytosanitary products is limited to a strict minimum.
Harvesting is done manually.
The vinification is done in concrete and stainless steel tanks and can vary from 10 to 25 days, with daily pumping over.
The wine is also matured in concrete and stainless steel vats for one year.
